Mark D. Davis is an associate with the law firm Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, where he practices in the areas of appellate law,
telecommunications, and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked
as a prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and
completed clerkships with Judge Diane S. Sykes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for
the Seventh Circuit and with Chief Judge Mark L. Wolf of the U.S. District
Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Davis graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with an A.B. in Politics and
a Certificate in Political Theory. He graduated with honors from the University
of Chicago Law School.
