Rachel W. Petty is an associate with the law firm of Wiltshire & Grannis LLP. Ms. Petty splits her time between civil and white-collar criminal litigation, and a telecommunications practice. Her experience includes complex commercial litigation, class action defense and internal investigations; she has also briefed and argued a direct appeal before the Seventh Circuit.
Ms. Petty earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, where she was a James B. Angell Scholar, and her J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was the recipient of the National Association of Women Lawyers' Award.
